How it works

Resizing, cleaning, setting stones or fixing a broken part: this is how a repair at Spoenk goes.

1. Making contact

The first step of the process is making contact. This can be done by clicking on the interest button at the bottom of the page or by going to the contact page at the top. Please indicate what the repair is concerned, such as resizing, cleaning, gemstones, diamonds or parts that are missing or an element that is broken. Spoenk will then contact you to make an appointment to come by.

2. Visit studio

You will visit the studio of Spoenk Goldsmith in Utrecht with the piece of jewelry in question. Jacqueline then determines what is needed to make the jewelry wearable again. If you agree to the repair, you leave the ring at Spoenk Goudsmid and Jacqueline will get to work with it.
