About Spoenk

In the studio of SPOENK in Utrecht, goldsmith Jacqueline Rodenburg designs and makes jewelry from precious metals, mainly gold and silver. Possibly set with Diamonds, Gemstones or pearls.

In the SPOENK workshop, mainly custom-made jewellery is made, repairs are carried out, but SPOENK also has its own collection. Melting down gold or jewelry is also possible. Especially with the current gold price, this is something that is currently in high demand.

I, Jacqueline Rodenburg am the creator and the face behind SPOENK. I did the training to become a Goldsmith at the Vakschool Schoonhoven. I am also a Dutch Gemologist (register Dutch GemmologicaI Institute).

When I graduated, I immediately started my own business. the result is SPOENK. That’s like a dream come true; setting up my studio, where I can work out my own creative ideas. Creating and making something beautiful for them myself, in collaboration with my clients. I am good at working out unique designs. A satisfied customer makes me feel happy. SPOENK has been around for 10 years now and I have been able to make many people happy with Jewelry. Working with beautiful materials (real pearls and real gemstones) is important to me, because SPOENK is pure.

Achievements

In the jewellery world, too, competitions and exhibitions are held, prizes are awarded, pieces are written and books are published.

Jacqueline also has a number of them to her name in her relatively short period as a goldsmith. With her masterpiece, “Le petit lierre” she was nominated by the professional jury.

This has been in the Silver Museum in Schoonhoven and has been present at a number of events such as the jewelry fair “Meesterlijk” (in the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam), at “The Night of Silver 2016” (in Schoonhoven) and the anniversary exhibition in “Galerie Zone” in Leiden.

In addition, Jacqueline can also be found in the Contemporary Jewellery 2016 yearbook and has participated in exhibitions in Barcelona and Munich.
