Custom-made jewellery

For anyone who wants to have a unique piece of jewelry made, customization is the best option. Together with Jacqueline, your wishes will be looked at and converted into a design and then manufactured into a unique piece of jewelry.

How it works

From a first conversation to the moment you take your jewellery home.

1. Making contact

The first step of the process is making contact. This can be done by clicking on the interest button at the bottom of the page or by going to the contact page at the top. Then indicate in the contact form what your wishes are. So what kind of jewelry and for what occasion you want to have something made. Spoenk will then contact you to make an initial appointment in which your ideas will be discussed.

2. Visit studio

You will visit our studio to discuss your wishes. You indicate for which occasion you are having something made and how you envisage the design. In order to arrive at the most suitable design, it would help Jacqueline if you think in advance about how you can best describe what you have in mind by, for example, bringing some examples and thinking about your budget. The possibilities are then discussed and the first design is sketched in your presence.

3. Design

We then give you some time to think about the design and to provide feedback on any adjustments, so that together we arrive at a final design. If necessary, additional design agreements can be made. Then a quotation is made and the jewelry is ready to be forged. If you come back to the design, a new quotation will also follow.

4. Manufacture of jewellery

Immediately after (written) agreement and receipt of the deposit, Jacqueline will start forging your jewellery. Jacqueline will convert your unique wish into a tangible piece of jewelry. The time this takes depends on the design and is communicated.

5. Pick up jewelry

As soon as your jewelry is ready, you will receive an email. Then we make an appointment to pick up the jewelry. After the payment is completed, you can take the jewelry home.
